User ID and Log on Password
Your user ID and Log on password are provided on the welcome letter and/or welcome email. Your Log on password will need to be a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters. You must include at least one letter and one number, with no special characters. Logon password is not case sensitive.
If you have lost your User ID or Log on password please telephone our Client Services Team. Once we have verified your identity we can give you that information.
Due to security considerations we are unable to process your request via email.
Your trading password was provided to you on the welcome letter. Your trading password will need to be a minimum of 8 alphanumeric characters. You must include at least one letter and one number, with no special characters. Trading password is case sensitive

Your telephone password was provided by you on your original ANZ Share Investing application form for the purposes of identifying yourself over the telephone.
Retrieving your telephone password: Please contact our Client Services Team to retrieve your telephone password over the phone.
For privacy and security reasons,we cannot supply passwords via email.
For your security, we have 3 different passwords.
Telephone password – a password chosen by yourself, which you specified on the application form for identification over the phone.
Logon password – used to log in to the website.
Trading password – required when placing a trade, withdrawing funds, transferring securities or updating contact information online.
If you forget your passwords or your user id, we will need to verify your details over the phone, by fax or in writing. The easiest way is to call us. Contact us here. As mentioned above, for your protection we cannot supply passwords via email
Steps to get change or retrieve your logon password, trading passwords, telephone password or User ID:
To retrieve your logon or trading passwords, or your user id you will need to contact us by phone and have ready your:
user id or account number
your full account name
your telephone password
If you have forgotten your telephone password, we will need to acquire some additional account specific information from you in order to verify your identity.
To change your telephone password:
This is the password you specified on your original application form. To change this:
Please prepare a letter or fax signed by the account holder (or if a joint account, both signatures are requuired). Signed letter can be scanned and emailed to us.

3. Go to Contact Us page to mail or fax your letter.
Please print the telephone password in clear obvious characters to avoid any confusion.
