User ID and Log On Password

To login to the website you are required to use your user ID and log on password. The user ID is an 8 digit number that identifies you as a client, whilst the log on password allows entry into the website.

Your user ID and log on password are located in the following areas:

  1. After submitting an online application, your user ID and log on password will be displayed on the website.
  2. The welcome email that is sent to you shortly after you have applied for an account with us.

If you have lost your user ID or log on password, we are happy to help. Please contact our Client Services Team on Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am to 8pm, Sydney time.

Once we have verified your identity, we can provide you with your user ID and log on password.

Due to security considerations, we are unable to provide you with account specific details via email.

 


Trading Password

The trading password is the password that is used to place trades, withdraw funds and change the contact details on your account. It was provided to you in the welcome email/letter you received after activating your account with us.

If you have lost your trading password, we are happy to help. Please contact our Client Services Team on Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am to 8pm, Sydney time.

Once we have verified your identity, we can provide you with your trading password.

Due to security considerations, we are unable to provide you with account specific details via email.

 


Telephone Password

Your telephone password was provided by you on your original ANZ Share Investing application form for the purposes of identifying yourself over the telephone.

If you have forgotten your telephone password, please contact our Client Services team for assistance.

 

 

Lost Password

For privacy and security reasons, we are unable to provide you with any account specific information via email.

If you have forgotten your user ID, account number or passwords we will need to verify your identity over the phone or by writing before disclosing this information to you.

Retrieving and Changing Passwords

To retrieve your log on password, trading password or user ID; please contact us by telephone and ensure that you have the following details ready:

  • User ID or account number
  • Full account name
  • Telephone password

 


Changing your Telephone Password

Your telephone password allows you to identify yourself over the phone when you contact us. This is the password you nominated when you created your account.

To change your telephone password, you will need to prepare a letter containing the following:

  • Your account number
  • Your account name
  • Desired telephone password
  • Signatures by all account holders

This letter can be emailed, faxed or posted as per the details in our Contact Us page.

Please print the telephone password in clear obvious characters to avoid any confusion.
